A tender dark chocolate cookie filled with rich dulce de leche and a center of mixed berry jam, finished with a coating of smooth dark chocolate and sprinkled with dried raspberry bits. This handcrafted alfajor balances the sweetness of dulce de leche with the bright, tart edge of berry preserves.
Due to the nature of this treat, the chocolate coating may soften in warm summer months. Store in a cool, dry place, or keep refrigerated for best results.
